I’m here to tell you that it’s NOT entirely your fault.

This happens to nearly EVERYONE that is getting older and their life changes. I don’t mean older as in how many years you’ve been around, but older as in you don’t have as much free time anymore like you did in your 20’s. You have kids, a mortgage, a boss, responsibilities and you have put yourself on the back burner during that time.

The FitterFaster training program delivers results.  And it doesn’t matter how out of shape you are right now.  You can do this.  I will progress you from Rookie status up through the ranks of Commando and beyond to Warrior level if you choose.  The sky is the limit.  My training works!

FITTERFASTER NURITION PROGRAM

While most transformation challenges just provide workouts, I want to get you serious results. To get serious results, you need to proper nutrition to fuel your body, not starve it.

During this program, I show you exactly what to eat and I make it simple. No more guessing.

And, not only do I show you what to eat but I teach you the why behind it.

What Is The Fee For This Challenge and when do I sign up?

Your fee is 1 payment of $295.  This includes unlimited training for 6 weeks and you entire nutrition program including recipes and ongoing support, a private Facebook group, daily emails and strategies, tips and hints to make sure you fully understand why you’re doing everything and exactly how to do it

Registration close strictly on January 28th. I will not be accepting any registration after that date.  IF you register by Jan 22nd you’ll receive 2 extra weeks training meaning you get a full 8 weeks unlimited training at FitterFaster

Who Is The Challenge For?

Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our coaches will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 100 pounds to lose.  If you’re unsure if this is for you, please contact me today.  You can email me at jo@fitterfaster.net.au any time.  But don’t leave it too late and miss the registration cut off date.  I cannot accept any late registrations for any reason.

What if I my schedule changes weekly?

I get it! In fact about a 1/3 of our clients at FitterFaster have schedules that change on the frequent (we have a lot of nurses for example).  With that said we have a large variety of time slots for our training. From early mornings, to during the day and evening sessions as well as weekends too.  There’s something to suit just about everybody and you can choose which sessions suit you each week, even if that changes.  You can find our full timetable here.   This way your not held to a slot that you may not always make.  Just choose the 3 sessions each week that suit YOU.

What is The Nutrition Plan Like?

I teach you how to eat real food. I will help you kick the junk and provide easy, delicious recipes the whole family will enjoy. I lay out exactly how to eat.  And once the challenge is over, you will have laid down excellent habits and learnt exactly how to continue to eat well to keep getting great results.

What are the training sessions like?

Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like small groups of your best friends working out together?

At FitterFaster we have smaller groups than you’re probably used to seeing at traditional ‘bootcamp’ style workouts.  This means that we can give YOU individual attention, make sure you’re doing every single exercise properly and pushing yourself just enough to get results without doing too much and possibly getting injured.  We have an extensive Rookie program.  And that means that you will have to take extra breaks, modify some of the exercises and be given extra attention as needed.

Is Your Gym Like Crossfit?

Crossfit is a sport and if your interest is that then you’re going to have better success at a Crossfit box.
We are more of a Transformation Center, meaning people come to us with a specific problem and specific goals. We design a program that gets them from where they are to where they want to be.  This includes nutrition, training and other lifestyle factors.
I am a fully qualified CrossFit coach, and do use some of their techniques and ideas. But I build the workouts to suit my individual clients and to provide training with less risk of injury for the general population.

That doesn’t necessarily mean its ‘easier’ than CrossFit. In fact, I’ve had plenty of CrossFit  clients attend our sessions and they’ve found that my sessions are not easier, just different.   They’ve been challenged just the same as anybody.  If you want to get that fit, I can get you there, but if transforming your body is your main goal right now, I am also qualified to help you do that too.

Each individual client is exercising at their own current fitness level at all times.   We build you up at YOUR pace, not someone else’s.

What if I have a trip or holiday planned during the challenge?
