Hi Leanne.  The soup recipes are different ones.
The Sri Lanken Curry recipes is an easy dish I throw together using the Sri Lankan Coconut spice mix from YIAH.    I use any meat (our fav is chicken thighs) diced,  add the spice mix then lightly brown off.   Then add coconut milk and cook in the oven till meat is cooked through. I also sometimes pop the oven on really, really low and cook it for hours if I&quot;m out and need tea to be ready when I get home.  Either way its delicious and super easy. Not only did i learn heaps about food and nutrition i feel the best i have for years. I sleep well, i have heaps of energy, i don&#039;t suffer with heartburn anymore and my skin is shinning.
