Six weeks, Three nights a week $99
Most people who start here have been thinking about it for months.
Then something finally tips them over: a birthday, a health check that came back not great, a photo they didn’t like or just being tired of feeling like this.
If that is where you are at, this is how you start.
What it is
Three coached sessions a week for six weeks, all at 6pm, so it fits after work or when your partner is home to look after your kids.
Monday is Mat Pilates with Emily. Core and full body control, low impact. Challenging for strength and better movement.
Wednesday is Box and Burn with Barry. Pads and heavy bags. Better for your head than almost anything else we run. Builds upper body strength and cardio fitness.
Thursday is PeakFit. This is a full body strength class using weights and your own body. This is the one that changes how you look and feel day to day. It keeps your bones strong and makes sure you’re not losing muscle mass if you are trying to lose weight.
You also get a body composition assessment at the start and again at the end, so you can see what actually changed rather than guessing.
If fat loss is what you are after, that is how we track it properly.
Nutrition coaching is included if you want it and it is not an upsell. It’s included at no extra cost.
And every person in every session is coached properly.
The bit that actually matters
Every gym sells you access. Almost none of them will contact you when you go missing.
We will.
If you miss a week, or even a few days, you will hear from me. Not to have a go at you but to find out what got in the way and help you sort it. That is the single biggest reason people who start here are still here years later.
The things people worry about, answered honestly
“I won’t be able to keep up.”
You won’t have to. New clients are rookies here and that is a real category not just a polite word. Shorter sets, longer rest, modified drills and a coach watching you specifically. You will work hard at your own level, not at someone else’s.
“I’m worried people will judge me or look at me.”
There is a twenty year old training next to a sixty year old at most sessions. Nobody is looking at you, nobody is judging you.
If they were, they would not last here. The most common piece of feedback I get is how people feel like they fit in and how supportive everyone is.
“I’ll start and give up again.”
Maybe. Plenty of people have, including plenty who are still here. That is exactly why the follow-up exists and why it is three fixed nights rather than come whenever. Deciding once is easier than deciding eighteen times each week.
“I’m too unfit to start.”
That is what starting is for. another common piece of feedback is “I should have started sooner”
What happens after six weeks
Most people carry on. If you do, we have a special package for those same three evenings ongoing or you can move to full access across all 21 classes when/if you are ready.
No lock-in or minimum contract and no hard sell at the end.
You will know by then whether it is for you.
Just Three spots
That is not a marketing line. It is how many places we actually have left in the Thursday strength class and we do not overfill classes because then nobody gets coached properly.
Start this coming Monday or the one after, whatever suits you.
Text me on 0429 612 975 and say you want the Evening JumpStart.
I will ask a couple of questions about injuries and what you are after, then you are in.
