    • Unlimited contact with me via email, phone or in person.  I am here to support and help you almost 24/7.  This is what a coach is for.  Not just to provide the training and nutrition programs, but to provide accountability and support so you can see results and maintain them.

    • Regular checkins from me if you’ve missed training sessions etc 

    •   Basic Nutrition and Lifestyle is included at no cost to you in all packages . For more 1-1 detailed nutrition and lifestyle coaching, keep reading

    • Discounted group nutrition programs and challenges – all personalised for you

    • Strategy/Reviews – either in person or via zoom.   Review your results, your training program and your nutrition.  These are one-on-one consults done every 2-3 months with myself and our Client Success Manager

    • Regular assessments. I recommend every 6-12 weeks for a full body composition assessment

    • A progressive training program.  This means, you’ll be improving each week with your fitness.  No matter what your starting level, we will help you to progress without doing too much too soon and becoming injured

    • My complete recipe book with over 400 healthy,  easy, yummy recipes for you and your family.  I update this often with new recipes for you to try. Having recipes that fit the plans make meal preparation and cooking easy – even better results.

    • Different training sessions that will match YOUR fitness level and keep you improving every week.  No two sessions are ever the same.  We do a mix of cardio, metabolic conditioning, resistance/strength training and have lots of fun with games and team challenges too.  Training outdoors (except for bad weather when we do come inside) has so many benefits.  Research shows that being outside, even if it’s dark can improve your health before you even start exercising.

    • Short home workouts that you can do whenever you need.   This may be when on holidays, if you need to stay home with kids etc.  These videos are available in our membership site on demand.

    • A full range of nutrition/lifestyle lessons in the FitterFaster Academy which will help you to actually make the changes necessary for transformation.   Most of us know what to do, but actually doing it is another story.

  •  

    • Optional full 1-1 coaching at discounted price. This could be a personal menu or setting macro targets, both with weekly checkins and daily support. Or you may wish to start by changing just some habits at a time. If you want to sign up for 1-1 coaching, we will always get together first to discuss what this looks like for YOU, how we’ll manage it, what support YOU will need and so on. there is no lock-in contract for 1-1 coaching. We start with 4 weeks minimum and then after that it’s week to week
